Two Price Adjustments this Week…

Just wanted to take a moment to make a quick update on two of my listings that made price adjustments this week.
First, 881 Tanners Grove Road in Hawks Ridge Subdivision in Forest City has made an adjustment of $10,000 to stay competitive with similarly closed properties in the market. The new price is $359,900.
Second, 510 Harmon Road in Blanton Ridge Subdivision in Ellenboro has made an adjustment of $2,000 to accommodate for other price adjustments in similar properties in the surrounding area. The new price is $157,900.
